Our PK French class has been working on greetings, numbers 1-10, counting with one to one correspondence and some basic colors. We love to sing Pommes de reinette while we play a color game. The PK class has added the song Rouge se promène dans la salle to our growing repertoire. This coming week we will be working on body parts and focusing on vocabulary for the face.

The vocabulary will be reinforced with songs and games in class, such as Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes and the Hokey Pokey (in French of course!) The class will also be introduced to some fun Halloween vocabuary.

Bienvenue!
Welcome to PK French. We have started our year off well with happy, eager students and I am equally happy and eager to be teaching the PK class. We will begin our year with some simple greetings, numbers, and colors. I am including here one of our greeting songs that we will begin to learn next week and a favorite finger play that I am hoping you will begin to hear snippets of at home!
