Google has come out with a new series of tech training videos- aimed especially at parents. Actually it’s appropriate for anyone with a limited knowledge of how to use technology. You may find some useful, either for yourself, or your own parents.

The Teach Parent’s Tech training videos have been a great time and frustration saver! It use to take 30-40 minutes, over the phone, to help my dad login to email and attach a picture. Now that I’ve sent him a few of the training videos, all I have to do is remind him to watch the video and he can do it himself. Not only has it saved time and frustration over the phone, but my dad has a new confidence with technology!
