Veteran gym teacher Gail Heady is known for her two-word, no frills philosophy that stays with students long after their BCD years are over: “Keep trying.” In sports ranging from basketball to soccer to volleyball and beyond, she champions the girls to stay right in step with the boys and to never give up. Gail is also a sixth grade homeroom teacher and advisor. She has served as a coach for almost every sport offered, but her all-time personal favorite is golf. Gail lives with her family in Great Barrington, MA.
