Paul is the Associate Head of School for the Preschool and Lower School divisions, and has been a part of the BCD family for over two decades. After receiving his B.A. in 1983 from the University of Virginia in both Religious Studies and Psychology, Paul taught at two schools for children with dyslexia, the Kildonan School in Amenia, NY and The Landmark School, in Manchester, MA. He was also the Head of School at the Learning Center School in Charlottesville, VA before moving to the Berkshires. In addition to his administrative responsibilities, Paul also teaches Middle and Upper School math, coaches the Alpine Ski and Lacrosse teams and oversees after school and summer programs.
