Make believe you have “grounded” and have been sent to your room. While there, looking in the mirror, mimic the words and gestures of the person that sent you to the room. Then, still looking in the mirror, grasp some article in your room and make believe you are this “fantastic” person. Create two fantastic persons that you are admiring in the mirror.
