Amy joined the Berkshire Country Day school community in July 2011.  Before moving to the Berkshires, Amy served as Director of Stewardship and Communications at The Thacher School in Ojai, CA, where she had also served as the Director of Annual Giving and Constituent Relations and as the Research and Grants Coordinator.  Prior to her work at The Thacher School, she had worked as Amy worked as a program manager at Northwest Children’s Fund in Seattle, WA, and as an outreach coordinator at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.  Amy received a B.S. degree in Biology from Trinity University and a M.A. in Not-for-Profit Leadership from Seattle University.

Amy and her family reside in Housatonic.  Her son Charlie is a kindergartener at BCD, her daughter is a BCD aspirant, and her husband Toby teaches at Hotchkiss School.
