Conferences
Middle and Upper School Parent/Advisor conferences are this coming Thursday, February 21.  Click here  to schedule a time to meet with your child’s advisor.

No Ski Friday Next Week
Next Friday – February 22 – will be a regular school day, with a 3:05 pm dismissal.  (There is after-school PM and Study Hall.  Reminder: No late bus service on Fridays.)  We do not have Ski Friday during Presidents’ Day week, which is the week of public school vacation.

Possible Make-up Day
While we are not anticipating another canceled day of school this year, per our policy, if we do and therefore exceed the limit of missed days in a year (5 have been used already this year), we may consider scheduling a make-up day on Patriots’ Day, Monday, April 15.  Everyone is asked to plan for this possibility.  This year’s in-service day at the end of March break was not an option because of the plans to provide CPR training for the faculty and staff on that day.

March Vacation Camp is happening!
March 18-22, March 25-29, and April 1 for students in Beginner 3s through Grade 6.  Space is available for the first week and April 1; limited space is available for the second week.  Please click here for the registration form.

Admission Open Class Visit Day – Friday, February 22
BCD’s Open Class Visit Day will provide an opportunity for interested students and their families to visit BCD’s campus and to experience the warm community and engaged classes first-hand. Current students are welcome to bring a friend, a visiting cousin, or a younger sibling to school for the day. We will pair these students with a buddy for the morning while their parents participate in a campus tour, enjoy refreshments, and chat with teachers. Spaces are limited so please go online or contact the Office of Admission to reserve a spot.

ArtSoiree Ads
Planning is underway for the 3rd Annual ArtSoirée!  There are many ways to support his effort from donating items to underwriting to attending the event.  We are currently putting together the advertising section of the program.  Please consider placing an advertisement in ArtSoirée  book.  You can do so by clicking here.
