Dear Parents,
Conferences for parents of students in grades 4-9 will be held on Thursday, February 23rd from 3:15 PM- 8 Pm. Middle and Upper School Advisors only will be available for 10 minute conferences. Middle and Upper School students are assigned a specific advisor from their homeroom team; please check with your student to be sure that you know which teacher to sign up to see.
Each teacher has a page to sign up for a conference time. These pages are Google spreadsheets, linked to this site. You simply click the individual teacher links to the left.
Click on the teacher’s name and a new window will open with that teacher’s conference schedule. To add your name to a time slot, double click in the colored box to the right of the time you wish to chose. Simply type in your name and press enter. The page will automatically save.
Sign Up sheets will close at 8 am Wed, Feb 22.
Please do not type over an existing appointment.
If someone has accidentally overwritten your appointment, please let us know as there is a revision history for each page and this can be corrected.
